We price all our merchandise extremely low. Many sites advertise special site prices or discounts off of "list" prices. While our prices are SUBSTANTIALLY LESS than the manufacturer's published suggested retail prices, we do not display reference prices on the site. Since we never sell these items at the manufacturers listed prices, we feel that this would be deceiving and unethical. We welcome you to compare our prices with anyone. If you find the same product cheaper, or if you would like to know what the manufacturer's published "list" price is for any item, please call or email us.

Our inventory is substantially larger than the selection you see on our site. New items are being added daily. If you don't see what you are looking for, call or email us and we'll be glad to let you know what we have available or can produce. In most cases, we can provide you with images or quotes in less than an hour (during our normal customer service times).

Since lab created Moissanite is nearly colorless, extremely bright and very hard, it is often used as a substitute for diamond. Because of this, you will usually see lab created Moissanite listed by actual millimeter size or equivalent diamond weight (edw). This weight refers to the equivalent weight of a diamond with comparable physical size, not the actual weight of the Moissanite.

When you checkout, you may select "Pick up at store" as your shipping option. We will notify you via email when your order is available for pickup. State law requires that we collect 7% sales tax on orders delivered in the state, even if they are ordered from outside Nebraska. In these cases, we will contact you, as the tax will not automatically be charged by the site when your address is not in Nebraska.

Great effort has been taken to ensure that all products are correctly represented and that substantial detail is provided on all items. In the event that you are unhappy with a product you receive, you may return it to us within ten days of receipt. You must contact us in advance for return instructions and an authorization number. Customized items and special orders are non-returnable once the order is placed—unless we are unable to deliver the item in the estimated timeframe. All returned items must be unworn, in original condition and must include all boxes, packaging and product related documentation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be issued a refund (minus original shipping charges or any other charges marked on the original receipt as non-returnable or non-refundable). All refunds will be made to the original credit card used.
If a product is purchased in-store and not online, our return policy will be printed on the back of your receipt and/or posted at our cash register/checkout location.
